Aftermarket Catalytic Converters – EPA Warranty
All EPA-certified aftermarket catalytic converters manufactured by OEM Industries are covered under the Federal Emissions Warranty in accordance with EPA regulations (40 CFR Part 85, Subpart V).
Warranty Coverage:
Duration: 5 years or 50,000 miles (80,000 km) from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship, and failure of the converter to perform its emissions-control function during the warranty period.
Remedy: OEM Industries will replace or repair the defective converter at no cost to the customer.
Installer Responsibilities:
Ensure the correct converter is installed for the specific vehicle make, model, year, and engine family.
Complete and provide the customer with the required Warranty Information Card, retaining a copy for 6 months.

Customer Responsibilities:
Retain proof of purchase and installation date.
Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and operated using unleaded fuel only.
Warranty does not apply to converters damaged by misuse, improper installation, accident, or fuel contamination.
Universal Exhaust Components Warranty
Our Universal Exhaust Components (including tubing, brackets, hangers, flex couplings, resonators, oxygen sensor fittings, and related hardware) are covered under a limited warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
Duration: 90 days from the installation date.
Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Remedy: OEM Industries will, at its discretion, replace or repair any defective component.
Exclusions:
Damage caused by improper installation, modification, corrosion, accidents, or exposure to harsh environments.
Components used for racing or off-road applications are excluded from warranty coverage.
Direct-Fit Exhaust Products Warranty
Our Direct-Fit Exhaust Products are built to meet or exceed OEM specifications and are designed for direct bolt-on installation.
Warranty Coverage:
Duration: 1 year from the installation date.
Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
Remedy: OEM Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part.
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear, rust or corrosion caused by road conditions, or damage resulting from improper installation, accident, or vehicle modifications.
General Warranty Terms and Limitations
Warranty coverage applies only to products installed on vehicles operated under normal conditions.
OEM Industries’ liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
OEM Industries is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs not expressly covered, towing, or loss of vehicle use.
Proof of purchase and installation date must be provided to validate warranty claims.

To file a warranty claim:
Contact your place of purchase or OEM Industries directly.
Provide the product part number, installation date, vehicle information, and proof of purchase.
The defective product may be subject to inspection before replacement authorization is issued.
